He has been authorised to carry out direct public access work for many years. He is a Deputy District Judge dealing with property, bankruptcy, family (money) and civil disputes. He lectures around the country in property and employment law.

His direct access clients include private and commercial landlords / tenants; employers and employees; divorcing spouses; co-owners; SMEs; creditors and debtors; executors and beneficiaries of wills.
