Once we have sufficient information with which to assess your case, we will contact you to (i) provide a fee quotation and (ii) agree a turnaround time for any written work / confirm our availability to attend court or a meeting.
Our fees will be clearly set out in our client care letter and are payable in full in advance by bank transfer or by way of cheque or debit/credit card telephone payment. After payment is received we will send you a receipt with our VAT number.
If it is clear from the initial reading of your papers that there is no merit in your case we will tell you without charging. However, in most cases it will take time for the barrister to read the papers and / or research the law, before advising on merit and we would charge for this.
